Deck Primer

I thought of this deck while looking at the A's. I was looking for hisuin Arcinine V, but was too lazy to type the whole thing, and saw aggron, and I was like; "cool ability, bad attack. does it's evolutions do anything?'' Then I saw the attack for a mill deck on lairon, and as long as I added memory capsule, it would work. Under no circumstances do I believe this deck is consistent, but the idea is rock'n. And who knows? Maybe I could get to be the deck of the day?

Anyways, here's the breakdown:

Then I saw the attack for a mill deck on lairon, and as long as I added memory capsule, it would work. Under no circumstances do I believe this deck is consistent, but the idea is rock'n. And who knows? Maybe I could get to be the deck of the day?

Anyways, here's the breakdown:

Get an aggron with memory capsule out, and tank big hits. This deck is big and hunky in energy costs, so that extra turn to set up is 🔥🔥🔥 (what you need). Also, you want a few heads on the actual attack, so I have glimmwood tangle.

(Just in case we're not clear yet, your going to primarily be using lairons attack to mill the opponent out, using the ability of agron, and the tool memory capsule)

Why bronzong? Well, often you don't have a way to power this big boy up. With metal saucer + Metal transfer, you do!! (as long as you have a twin energy, and maybe attach a regular metal earlier?)

Lots of pokemon searchers, which makes at least 10 outs to any pokemon in the deck (mostly 12, but yeah) We have a lot of pokemon, so we need ways to find them.

Standard Klara and Ordinary Rod for recursion that is in most singal prize decks (most, not all)

Standard Professors Research.

Negative things + things to add?

As all decks do, this deck has some weaknesses.

1.) It's not very consistent. Some ideas to fix this could be to have a draw engine in place of Bronzong (Probably Bibarel)

2.) It's slow. You realistically need two or three turns to set up, which against Mew and other fast meta decks, you lose. Mew is a good matchup if you don't reveal/they don't realize you are a mill deck. (they just keep using genesect, and physic leap won't help MWAHAHA) So you could just add some easy K.O. 's, like Baby Mew from celebrations. That does take a lot of space though....

3.) This kinda builds off the one from above, but this deck CANNOT utilize Rare Candy, which feels bad. D: That is because you need the attack from the stage one. If they come out with some techy card in Scarlet and Violet, where you can like, un-Rare candy, that would be great. But alas.

4.) This deck needs a lot to set up - Glimmwood tangle, full Aggron line, memory capsule, twin and four metal energies attached to it. Then it only takes a maximum of 2 turns to get through, as long as your opponent is quick to set up. to start from scratch every other turn is not realistic, but theoretically possible. In addition, things that put damage counters on your boy aggron get past its ability, along with cancleing cologne. A added adaman to try to account for this, but it probably doesn't matter.

5.) This deck is very tight, which is apparent in the only 3 Metal saucers, in contrast to the preferable 4. Another LARGE problem is the inability to take advantage of a Vstar Power and a maximum of 4 Memory capsules, meaning you will have to stick with 2 larion your opponent has to get through to win. Meaning, if they do 90 damage every turn, they will win in 10 turns. That's accounting for you setting up a pokemon for the next turn, every turn. Also, the low basic count. that could let your opponent win in less than 10 turns in that situation, or having a Bronzong/Bronzor get trapped for a turn.

So that's the deck. It has a lot of weaknesses, and a lot of things you need, which is probably why it's not a meta deck, and popular youtubers like LittleDarkFury haven't made videos on it yet. I think it's a lot of fun, and has won a total of 2 wins and 5 losses on PTCGL.

Edit: Yay! We got better stuff in here! Thanks comments! :D (I also, as asked, made this lower rarity)

If you want low cost cards, just type: "ur really good at making decks kid" and rate this deck 5 stars

this deck is actually hilarious, if you want to make it a little more viable, add manaphy :) and parasol for a counter against ziggzigon

If your doing expanded, use trick coin to have a second gilmwood tangle.

Trick Coin (Phantom Forces)

Sadly, everyone, both parasal and trick coin (which I couldn't add anyway because of this being standard and all, to build on it, I could even add victiny with the victory star ability) I have to use Memory capsule as my tool, and since you can only have one tool attached, I can't have it. D: Quick shooting + goon kills me D: But thanks for seggestions everyone. Also, I accedintly removed riahan, let me fix that lol.
