I'm gonna have to disagree here. For one, I'd say that you're better off making a Standard list for Miraidon, as this build doesn't work in Expanded. Going off the assumption that this is supposed to be Standard, I wouldn't be using Zeraora VMAX or VSTAR. VMAX's aren't very good anymore, as triple prize KO's are too devastating to lose, and Zeraora VSTAR doesn't provide the utility you're looking for. 190 damage isn't that good for scoring KO's, and the VSTAR Power is not worth using over FSS. I'd lean more into what the top builds are running, and then adjust it to your playstyle.
