This is a standard deck list. The Ampharos is supposed to be Ampharos ex PR-SV 16 but pokemoncard.io doesn't have the card listed.

Don't use 2 miraidon ex to fill up your bench on the same turn unless:

You're going second, and you think you can get a KO on a 2 prize pokemon using an electric generator like mew

You're behind, like a bad starting hand or your opponent gets a great setup.

 

Normally you'll use 1 miraidon ex to pull out 2 mareeps, but it depends on your hand and matchup.

Raichu V should only be used to take out high health pokemon. Try not to use it or bench it otherwise.

If you play against a lot of vmax or vstar pokemon you could take out 1 forest seal stone for a sky seal stone instead.

Your active pokemon will depend on if you have a generator in hand - usually you'll put the generator on miraidon ex or raikou v so bench one or the other. If you think your opponent can hit for 220 (like in a mirror) then keep a mareep in active.

In a perfect world, and going first, your setup will look like:

Active - Raikou V

Bench - Miraidon ex, 2 mareep, 1 manaphy/radiant gren and zapdos.

When a pokemon is knocked out you'll typically bench raichu V, radiant gren or mareep.
