Miraidon will not be a top tier next rotation, but with this build it may help vs the top decks.

- Charizard is the worst matchup and its about 1/3 of the meta. Regieleki makes raichu to ohko chari with 5 energies with exp share efficiency. Also Regieleki can take a big hit from charizard, hit em, tank a hit, 110 hp left, on iron hands threshold or anything, also regieleki makes ur iron  hands to hit 150, thats 300! on pidgeot ex (it says before applying weakness) so yeah.

There is no zapdos, I think zapdos its only for the roaring moon math. I think roaring moon will vanish after VIP Pass is gone. Also it feels so bad when they Counter catcher or boss your 2 retreat zapdos. You may add it if you want.

Lugia may be a thing.

Lost box/tina will be slower hit em with iron hands, same with gardevoir.

I like this deck, however it has no outs to mimikyu which is immune to ex/v's

i suggest one zeraora from crz instead of a raikou/energy
