Frosmoth can only attach to water Pokemon, so its useless here, unless you intend to heavily rely on Radiant Greninja as an attacker. If thats the case, you don't need so many water energy
I might have glossed over that fact in my mind when making this but I think my thought process was radiant greninja is hopefully replacing the draw power of bibarell as he's what most usually run with this deck. Only problem is he constantly gets boss's/cross switched up before I can even evolve him. I'll probably switch to a 6-4 grass water split tho or a 7-3
