'Air Balloon' is good, but since the monkey's only cost 1 C to retreat, you could swap it out for 'Rescue Board' or 'Escape Board'. An even better option is 'U-Turn Board' which, in this case, is honestly the best choice. If I played this deck, I would run 'Neutralizatrion Zone' to protect my monkey's and at least a copy of 'Field Blower' or 'Super Rod/Rescue Stretcher'. Bench protection could be nice as well, like 'Manaphy/Jirachi' to make sure your monkey's don't get sniped.
