So uh... you're missing Varoom (Obsidian Flames) for Revavroom ex (Obsidian Flames) to evolve from lol.
Also, Pot Helmet (Brilliant Stars) doesn't have great synergy in this deck; you're gonna want to attach all of your tools to Revavroom ex, which has an ability, which deactivates Pot Helmet's effect. I suggest replacing it with tools that discourage your opponent from attacking the pokemon it's attached to like Spirit Mask (Evolving Skies) or Rocky Helmet (Scarlet & Violet).
