Morpeko Fun

hey mate i have been playing around with zeraora for a while and think its a great card!.

I really don't know how morpeko v union goes in this deck because it isn't really that great, by the time you discard all the pieces and get it set up, its the end of the game and most of the opponents pokemon have ways to k0 you. Raichu v just does what morepeko vunion is meant to do, but just better. Saying that, i don't recommend taking it out of the deck if you want to play around it, i just thought i would point out a few things to make the zeraoras work.

If you're running that many zeraora v's you should definitely put in at least one vmax, the 240 damage for 3 energy is consistent enough to get k0's on all pokemon v and basic ex pokemon, and that ractive pulse 60xability attack is very good too. the zeraora vstar as a main attacker isn't the best idea when 190 damage falls short of killing most basic ex and v pokemon, so you should put in at least 1 choice belt to push that zeraora vstar attack 190 damage to 220. It also works when youre using the vstar attack, if you select the active pokemon for at least one of the 4 vstar hits, they will have choice belt applied to them ONCE per vstar power.

also the idea behind putting energy search in the deck is that you can use an item search to get the energy search, which in turn can help y ou find an energy. Since you don't have arven or irida, that energy search is basically an energy count as an item, do you really need it, or would you rather have 13 energies. The two energy searches are basically energy cards, except when you want to use electric generator, they wont pickup on them. so swap them with more energy or put arven in the deck.

Ideally in this sort of deck you will want to be running 4x copies of professors research with a few copies of recovery cards to get stuff back that you threw out, like pal pad, super rod, klara and miriam. That way you can draw through your deck as fast as possible. If you have professors burnett as your only supporter card of the turn, i get the idea is to put morkeo pieces in the discard pile, but then you are doing nothing else for the turn. AT least if you have professors research, you can somehow get a piece or more in your hand and then use research to get rid of it, get a new hand and play your turn out sucessfuly.
