Munki Business with item lock (Prismatic Evolutions)

Item lock your opponent for the entirety of the game.

The star of the deck, Budew (Prismatic Evolutions), can attack for no energy and can item lock your opponent from turn 2, but its low 30 HP means it's not going to survive in the active for more than a couple of turns, but you can set up your backup and main attacker, Venomoth (151) , continuing the item lock and adding the confusion status condition, which will help your survive multiple turns. There are a few different supporters, Arven, to get your Technical Machine: Devolution (Paradox Rift) or Rescue Board (Temporal Forces) for tools and Buddy-Buddy Poffin (Temporal Forces) or Earthen Vessel (Paradox Rift) or Night Stretcher (Shrouded Fable) for items. Iono (Paldean Fates)  for a better hand or late game for counter catcher/limit hand size play. and Grusha (Paldea Evolved)  if you have no cards in hand at all as a draw supporter and Xerosic's Machinations (Shrouded Fable) to discard their large hands, very useful in decks with Rotom V (Crown Zenith)   as draw engine.

You can use the deck to set up multiple playstyles. 

If you face decks with multiple abilities like Regidrago VSTAR (Silver Tempest)  or Charizard ex (Obsidian Flames), the current meta champs, you can breeze through them, set up multiple Froslass (Twilight Masquerade) , and pile up damage counters before they can set up and start attacking.

If you face decks with no abilities like Dragapult ex (Twilight Masquerade), the other meta deck, it gets a little tricky. You need to set up Froslass (Twilight Masquerade) and Munkidori (Twilight Masquerade) and then transfer those damage counters and also hope their Drakloak (Twilight Masquerade)  takes few damage counters. Once you have 90 or more damage counters on all of their Dragapult ex (Twilight Masquerade) , use Technical Machine: Devolution (Paradox Rift) and take multiple prizes in 1 turn; the same for other stage 2 or high HP stage 1 decks.

Now the most important note for this matchup: if you see them bench Radiant Alakazam (Silver Tempest), make sure you take it out first, as it fixes the math for them to keep taking 2 prize knockouts on your unevolved Venonat and Snorunt.

You might not win every single game, but your opponent sure won't be playing any items past their first turn, that's for sure.
