Overall, not a bad start. I have some suggestions though.
•For each evolution chain, make sure you have the same number of basic pokemon as evolution (2 ralts and 4 kirlia for example), and make sure you have the each pokemon in the chain (you can bypass this part with rare candy, but you have to be wary of anyone using Technical Machine: Devolution).
•Mewtwo EX is too old to be of much use. Mewtwo ex (Paradox Rift) does his job but better, but Garevoir's Psychic Mirage won't affect him though.
•Some cards just don't work. Mirage Gate (Lost Origin) only works in lost zone decks, and Munkidori needs darkness energy to do anything of value.
•Buddy Buddy Poffins wouldn't hurt. Hyper Aroma or Unfair Stamp wouldn't either.
