Why run Professor's Research and Surfer when you can do something like 4 Lillies Determanation. Maybe you should keep the surfer, but why discard your hand to draw. Why no just add a extra Lillie's?
Sorta like my deck, but there are a bit to many one-of's supporters without a specific purpose. Although I don't run lillie, I would reccomend just swapping to 4 lillie's like the last guy said. And then since you have dragapult as a main attacker, I would get rid of wally for another search card like ultra ball. Those are my thoughts.
