After many months of testing, I found my best 60 for my play style and with the cards I have available to me.

Update #1: I was able to trade with somebody today and now I got prime catcher :)

Data #1: When Prime was Boss's, 3/2/0

Data #2: When Boss was Prime,  1/3/0

M2) LB Garatine, L, Prize Left:2, Pao in active, Bax and Bidoof in bench, Couldn't set up 2nd frigi,

This deck looks great! I think you should drop Trekking Shoes for another switch card or gust card. Prime Catcher fills both of those roles if you have it. If not, I'd prioritize a switch card because of Snorlax Stall. Pokegear also feels like a filler card that you could swap for an Iron Bundle (PAR) or a Kyogre (CRZ) to add a bit more utility to your deck, as Kyogre is great for snipes and Iron Bundle can halt evolution decks, as well as provide a useful gust. Overall, great deck that should work well for you.
