For your first deck this looks good but I think you need a way to get more energy. A good way to get basic energy in my opinion is to use energy retrieval and Gordie. Things to replace might be a kirlia because of rare candy. Another card you could replace would be the flabebe because I just don't see a reason for it.
(This is just a suggestion)
There's a lot going on here, personally I would cut the archeops and archen and the Baltoy and Claydol to play cards like professor's research to discard the morpeko pieces and electric generators to help put the lightning energy on.
