Assuming that you don't want pre f rotation cards, 
You have way too many Kirlia (Scarlet & Violet) . Try to accelerate Gardevoir via Rare Candy (Scarlet & Violet) .

Natu and Xatu are not required when Gardevoir already accelerates. Replace them with relevant trainers.

Mew ex (151) is questionable. Replace that as well

There is news of a Mega Gardevoir ex. Look out for that in the future
