This is the first deck I put together myself, after noticing a lot of Roaring Moon, Raging Bolt, and Chien-Pao decks, while playing at my local game shop.

Toedscruel Ex protects from effects of attacks, so no Frenzied Gouging to active, and no Phantom Dive to bench, as long as they have at least one grass energy attatched.  It also does 280 damage, if you have a full bench with one energy on each pokemon.

Normal Toedscruel blocks your opponent from recovering anything from their discard, so blocks decks that rely on energy recovery or supporter recovery.

Lilligant V allows you to draw up to 6 cards for free, and evolving to VStar allows you to pull any 5 grass pokemon or grass energy.

Teal Mask is used for the usual collection of grass energy, which can be moved to other pokemon with energy switch or Blissey's Happy Switch.

Chansey rarely gives you an extra prize card, and a free add to bench, when you pull it after a knock out.

Blissey mostly for energy movement.
