Deck Primer
Toedscruel has always been my fall back on deck, when playing casually at my local shop.  Here I am just quickly updating it to be compliant with post F.

Added the token Budew that just about every deck runs these days.  Good for item locking turn one, and giving you an extra round or two to set up.

Changed my four Paradox Rift Toedscool for the Scarlet & Violet version.  Found that turn one putting my opponent's active to sleep was much more useful than adding a grass

Added the token Budew that just about every deck runs these days.  Good for item locking turn one, and giving you an extra round or two to set up.

Changed my four Paradox Rift Toedscool for the Scarlet & Violet version.  Found that turn one putting my opponent's active to sleep was much more useful than adding a grass energy to bench.

Toedscruel Ex still protects all your Pokemon, that have an energy attached, from the effects of attacks.  This blocks attacks like Dragapult's Phantom Dive.  It also is able to hit for 40 extra damage for each Pokemon with a grass energy attached, so 280 damage for a full bench of 5, or a full bench with Area Zero would be 400 damage.

Toedscruel blocks your opponent from getting anything back from their discard.  It shuts down decks like Raging Bolt, Gholdengo, and Chien-Pao, who rely on energy retrieval, and also blocks cards like Night Streatcher.

I have four Chansey's, as it is always a bonus to get a free extra prize card when you knock something out, and pull a Chansey.

Blissey is used to move grass energy around to all of your Pokemon, both to grant protection from effects of attacks, and to increase the damage of Toedscruel Ex.  Blissey is also a darn good attacker itself, hitting for 180 and allowing you to draw up to 6 cards.

Teal Mask Ogerpon is used as a draw engine, as well as a grass battery for Blissey to move energy.  While not the best, it also functions as an decent attacker when built up.

Mew is basically a free retreat pivot, and used to draw 3.  If your opponent's active has a cool attack, like Dragapults Phantom Dive, it can also be a nice attacker.

For ACE Spec, I find the Max Belt works best for me.  It raises a fully powered up Toedscruel Ex to 330 damage, which knocks out just about any Stage 3.  Or, it is somewhat amusing to have your Budew hit for 60, as well as item lock.

Again, this is just a rough update I did from my head, over my lunch, to put the deck in line for post F rotation.  I am always up to ideas or suggestions

This is a really good idea and I would love to play this deck! There are a few critiques that I might give, though. First of all, if you're a playing a 2x copy of budew, you'd be unlikely to need the 4x sleep toedscool, so consider adding 1-2 of the energy one you mentioned. Another valuable combo that you could play is precious trolley (ace spec) and area zero underdepths to set up your bench extremely quickly. I would add 1-2 more copies of toedscruel ex, espescially as it can be hitting for massive numbers witha full bench, all with energies. (400 damage!) You don't really need the energy switches as you already have blissey, so you can just remove those. You might want a few supporters/items that can help search for pokemon as you don't have much other than Iono, untra ball and nest ball. Overall a really fun idea and I can't wait to see where this goes. Hope this helped! :D
