Wouldn't thwackey not work in this scenario?
Thwackey doesn't belong here at all, as it does literally nothing. I'm also not a fan of Armarouge. I prefer direct healing, but Munkidori does provide a nice level of flexibility allowing for knock outs. You also need a better way to accelerate energy onto Torracat, like Magma Basin. I would also include another copy of Basic Dark Energy. You also have to deal with Roaring Moon ex, Sableye, and Dragapult ex. I think Radiant Tsareena would suit this deck nicely.
Don't know why I put Thwackey in originally. I thought it worked if festival was in play rather than your active had the correct ability
