CREDIT: This deck was inspired by Lucas N.'s 9th place list from the Toronto Regionals (https://limitlesstcg.com/decks/list/14894) as well as a couple other top placing lists from Japan's City Leagues over the past few weeks.

IDEAS FOR IMPROVEMENT: I'm considering removing a few cards to make room for a Dialga VSTAR line as well another Turo.

Lastly, I'd like to say I'm sorry if this list is not up to the standard of many of my previous ones. I was super rushed trying to get it all done last night.
