So no more comments on my Ice Rider Calyrex deck, just no more. Spiniraks get Ariados onto the bench, and you'll see why. So no more comments on my Ice Rider Calyrex deck, just no more. Spiniraks get Ariados onto the bench, and you'll see why. Ariados got the Hidden Threads ability that gives your opponent's VSTAR one more energy for retreating. It only applies once, so I grabbed an Ariados with no Hidden Threads ability. That Ariados should be brung during the start of the game if the starting Pokemon does not have a rule box (Or it will be beaten, yikes!) Ariados with the Hidden Threads ability should be brung a little later after the starting game. Lets be honest. Who can get a VSTAR onto the game right at the start? Wait, there will be comments that will literally say Evolution Incense or Boost Shake. Leafeon V is obvious because it is a core Pokemon for bringing out Leafeon VMAX and VSTAR. Leafeon VSTAR needs two copies because you might need to switch your opponent's Pokemon and don't have any Boss's Orders. Zarude's Pack Call ability should be played if you are going second and it is your first turn. Zarude V's Jungle Rising Ability will attach more energies to your Pokemon. Leafeon VMAX on the other hand has an attack called Grass Knot as Ariados can help as its going to bring one more energy to VSTARs for Leafeon VMAX to do more damage! Adventurer's Discovery can grab Zarude V and Leafeon V to speed up attaching energy and help you grab your main attacker onto the bench. Choice Belt is here because OH MA EVERYONE TRYNA TELL ME TO USE CHOICE BELT it helps you to kick down Vs, VMAXs, VSTARs, and V-UNIONs. Gardenia's Vigor helps attach energy. Turfield Stadium can help grabbing Ariados. Training Court is getting energies back onto the field. Switch Cart is there to help get another Pokemon onto the Active Spot and heal 30 damage too. Boss's Orders will grab weak Pokemon from your opponent's bench and give them some killing with your Pokemon. Marnie is just for grabbing new and more cards. Full Face Guard is helping to reduce damage. Air Balloon helps to retreat if you don't have any Switch Carts. Great Balls find Pokemon from the top seven cards to speed up seven turns. Hisuian Heavy Ball is going to take a peak at your prize cards to see if a basic Pokemon is down there. The level ball will help for finding Ariados for VSTARs just in case you don't get any Turfield Stadiums. Quick Ball and Ultra Ball will find Pokemon while discarding cards. This deck will give you a win with Leafeon VMAX and VSTAR!

Hey great Deck Idea, but I think you made a mistake with the Ariados ability because it casuse the opponents VStar Pokemon to use one more energy to Attack it does not affect the retreat.

Red_Gezzus  yep uh my mistake shoot let me change the description, thanks

I don't see how Ariados really helps the deck, at all.

Eminginjo avatar

eric  it helps to make your opponent attach one more energy to the pokemon, this will help in the end-game since a lot of energies will be in the discard pile, or attached to pokemon, so yeah

In your description it says it helps Leafeon VMax do more damage, but Grass Knot is based on the retreat.

Either way, this isn't really a disruption based deck, and there is plenty of wats to get around Ariados. I would substitute it for better supporting Pokemon - Kriketune/Goss/Cherrim come to mind

lets go eric  thanks broooo you read the descriptions, other than that, Galarian's Weezing will do the wats and one shot it with also broo it was a misunderstanding of the ability for Leafeon VMAX chiil
