Gengar V is a basic, no need for rare candy and ghastly.

TorpidRanger is correct, but either way Genagr V deserves no spot in a Roaring Moon deck. Mew ex could be used but isn't needed. You NEED to add more Roaring Moon as well. Energy Switch is also maximized with Galarian Moltres (V or regular), and it adds a backup attacker. A Lumineon V would also be good (otherwise you have no reason for Ultra Ball except the discard. Other than the Gengar line, it actually looks like a pretty good deck.
