The deck is just i fun idea i came up with. It's all about hitting with nidoking for free. 

Establish a nice board with multiple kings, a queen and maybe a bibarel and a sneasler. 

If your stuff dies you can get it back with multiple cards.

Seviper can come in clutch late game too.
