This deck has to rely on the turn over of professor's research, so you need to just use what you can and just wait for the next Professor's Research, I'll call this my first 'Shedder' Deck!! A very fast moving, TOXIC deck!! 
This deck has to rely on the turn over of professor's research, so you need to just use what you can and just wait for the next Professor's Research, I'll call this my first 'Shedder' Deck!! All the cards needed for the mechanics if this deck are stacked up in case you have to discard anything you might use in the future. With Toxicroak, Jungle and hisuian sneasler stacked it's 120 direct, 100 indirect damage, combine that with 2 Gengar ex and that's a potential 260 in 1 hit, and on the next check up it's ko'd unless your opponent switches. Use arven to retrieve the technical machine to get bibarel out, panic mask works great on toxicroak, the balloons on Gengar ex to help with rotation, which this deck needs a lot of, and why the single prize Gengar is in there, to provide rotation throughout the battle. Poison with Toxicroak, trap energies on to the utility Pokemon on the opponents bench with Gengar Ex, or make them sleep by swapping in the standard Gengar. 

be careful with the tools, always try to make sure the evo tool is used first when ever possible, as once you put on a balloon or mask you can't get it off!!

also, always try to get a dark energy on toxicroak first so that you can use nasty plot early on, a double turbo will not allow it!!
