A Stellar Crown-era deck based upon Ninetales-ex that attempts to utilize the synergy between Ninetales' Mirrored Flames attack that does 220 if your hand size matches the opponent, and the combo of Hand Trimmer plus Bibarel.

Primarily, this deck focuses upon the synergy of the Bibarel draw engine and Hand Trimmer, letting you both knock your opponent down to 5 cards and allowing you to draw until you have 5. This is the primary enabler of Mirrored Flames, however this deck also makes great use of Judge, letting you both disrupt the opponent while matching hand size. Entei also helps in this endeavor, letting you draw one extra card if it's in the active.

This deck's primarily uses Arven earlygame to gain access to Entei, Forest Seal Stone, and Secret Box. By discarding 3 cards, secret box allows you to search an Item, Tool, Supporter, and namely a Stadium all at once! This is insurmountable early game for easily getting set up. Most often, you will be comboing the magma basin secret box gets you along with a nest ball for entei, and a forest seal stone for jet energy to attack immediately going second with Entei for an agressive earlygame. The extra supporter it gives you (along with the second tool, usually Exp.Share) is also excellent in facilitating the setup for Nineatles as your primary attacker in the mid-to-late game. Should this Entei combo not be fiesable in the early game, both Tatsugiri and TM: Evolution make for great alternatives to get going fast.

With both Entei and Ninetales-ex swinging for a max of 220, this deck makes excellent use of Kieran. This not only fixes our math vs most big basics by jumping up to 250, but it also gives us another switch option to utilize the Magma Basin + attach for turn combo. Kieran isn't our only way to fix up our damage thresholds however. We also play both Defiance Band and Radiant Charizard. All of these together give us consistent ways to strike for 250, and the option to hit 280 or situationally beyond. This deck also plays a copy of the single prize Ninetales from Obsidian Flames to put 90 damage to anything including the bench even with Manaphy and Jirachi protection to secure KO's vs weakened enemies for a single prize even if they retreat.

Not only does this deck have good agressive draw in the form of both Bibarel and Entei, but Morty's Conviction is a shoe-in here to both get your hand-size high, get more resources, and potentially discard a Fire Energy for Magma Basin should that be necessary. This also allows you to increase your hand size past 5 cards, then lower both you and your opponent back to 5 with hand trimmer so you can more freely use what resources you do gain access to.

In summary, this deck aims to get Ninetales and Entei out on the field and focus on disruption while claiming knockouts in a way the opponent cannot easily recover from. Enable Ninetales' Mirrored Flames attack and watch as your opponent is left with ashes!
