I love this type of deck so much. Ninja Boy is easily one of the most unique build-around cards and Ho-Oh enables it so well. 

Notable Inclusions: Yveltal EX and Mawile GX

Yveltal EX and Mawile GX both serve to his very specific number sin very specific matchups. Yveltal can 1 shot Shadow Rider Calyrex VMAX as long as there are 7 energy between Shadow Rider and Yveltal. This is much easier to do than it sounds since Ho-Oh leaves Yveltal with 3 energy without an attatchment

Yveltal can 1 shot Shadow Rider Calyrex VMAX as long as there are 7 energy between Shadow Rider and Yveltal. This is much easier to do than it sounds since Ho-Oh leaves Yveltal with 3 energy without an attatchment and Shadow Rider's attack cost is 3 energy. Mawile GX is a great utility card we can easily shuffle back into the deck if needed as well as a card that can take clean 1 shot against Ice Rider Calyrex VMAX as long as the Ice Rider player has a full bench. If they avoid full benching, you can play the usual game plan of Reshiram + Kyogre until Mawile can take clean KOs.
