I feel like a couple Arven (Scarlet & Violet) Technical Machine: Evolution (Paradox Rift) would help this setup faster. Also Instead of Practice Studio (Paldea Evolved) you could also use Pokémon League Headquarters (Obsidian Flames) which also increases the amount of energy the enemy needs to use on basics in addition to you denying energy build up. No Pokemon Recovery like Super Rod (Paldea Evolved) or Lana's Aid (Twilight Masquerade) or Miriam (Scarlet & Violet) is a bit mediocre in my experience.
Also quite high energy amount and little drawing power I would recommend at least including 1-2 Iono (Paldea Evolved) or add in Teal Mask Ogerpon ex (Twilight Masquerade) to draw with the energy you have in the deck.
