First thing, Drop the Barry. PLEASE stop with the draw 3 supporters. Instead, play more Marnie and more Research, as they will allow you to see more cards to accomplish whatever it is you want to do. Maybe even a Raihan or two would be good. Secondly, streamline your deck. If you're focusing on the Pikachu/Raichu/Flaaffy strategy, take out everything that doesn't help you accomplish that strategy (Luxray line and Drampa)and put more of those pokemon. The Luxray V would be great if you had another you could switch in and out with, but on it's own, it also could probably be removed. Lastly, you probably only need 16 energy MAX, that will do just fine. THe extra space can be used for things like Boss's Orders, Quick Ball (Essential!), etc.
