load up G. Stunfisk and do some decent damage with LOTS of HP. Miltank has to be your active Pokemon, so utilize float stone as often as possible. Then use Acerola and Magnezone to pick up a damage-heavy Stunfisk and attach all his energy to the new one. Metal Frying Pan is wonderful, too.
