Way to many psychic energy
For most decks I'd recommend no more than around 12 energy, otherwise it becomes too much. A lot of Mew VMAX decks can also get away with less. I'd also recomend four copies of Double Turbo Energy (Brilliant Stars) This will help you easily reach the energy requirement on your VMAX's Cross Fusion Strike attack, and Choice Belt (Brilliant Stars) will help in making sure that you aren't losing too much output off of your energy. A few other recomendations I have would be to try to add in Cram-o-matic (Fusion Strike) and Ultra Ball (Scarlet & Violet) which will help you find specific cards, and there's also the added benefit of having a smaller hand for when you use Genesect's effect. Finally, Oricorio (Fusion Strike) can help your pokemon survive attacks. While 20 damage doesn't seem like a lot, it can save you from an OHKO and will almost always give you more time to attack.
Other than that I can't think of much else. I don't think any of those cards I recommended are very pricy so if you do choose to pick them. If you're willing to spend more then you can look up Mew VMAX decks, which could be helpful in making this deck more competitive. Or, disregard these suggestions. Just do whatever's the most fun for you :)
