This is a fun idea! 4 Finneon seems excessive, I'd use 2 or 3. There are also other cards that have great synergy with Finneon, like Dewgong and Seaking.
Tangent Thanks! Yeah I tried to fit Dewgong and Seaking in here but it didn't work with what I was trying to do with Kingdra, so I'm gonna make a second deck using Dewgong and Seaking instead. Any suggestions for what I can replace 1-2 Finneon with?
Irida is very important with the item search. I'd suggest more.
