This deck is a bit of a "lock and trap" kind of deck. You can use Vikavolt or Dracozolt to lock away energy attachment or items on your opponents side while setting up for Pikachu. You can attach to Dracozolt whenever as you can get 120 dmg for one energy thus slapping damage on the opponent or stalling until you can attack. I put in some heal items as well in case you can keep Dracozolt alive. It's a bit of a troll deck so it isn't really meant to be competitive, but it could be a lot of fun to
