I was going to call this deck 'single ladies', but I'm not sure if Urshifu is a lady or not.

Urshifu is really good right now, for obvious reasons. Not only does it OHKO Gardevoir ex, but it can also deal with Chien-Pao ex, Ting-Lu ex, and Zacian V (Celebrations) with damage modifiers from Single Strike Energy very easily as well. Reversal Energy allows you to run a smaller count of Houndoom, allowing for more support - like the Bibarel line and Luxray, which can OHKO Lugia VSTAR and Palkia VSTAR

Not only does it OHKO Gardevoir ex, but it can also deal with Chien-Pao ex, Ting-Lu ex, and Zacian V (Celebrations) with damage modifiers from Single Strike Energy very easily as well. Reversal Energy allows you to run a smaller count of Houndoom, allowing for more support - like the Bibarel line and Luxray, which can OHKO Lugia VSTAR and Palkia VSTAR if needed. As with any single prize deck the Lost Box matchup is iffy, because no fun is allowed until that damn Sableye rotates.

I tried running Zoroark (Evolving Skies), which allowed the deck to use Slowbro, but it felt really clunky - I think that just straight Urshifu is fine. If Arceus VSTAR or Gengar VMAX ever become a huge problem, which I don't think they will to be honest, you could also try running a single copy of Stonjourner (Battle Styles).

Honestly, I really like this deck! It looks to be a lot better than the variant I made, which was more Single Strike dependant. Keep up the good work! 👍
