Main Attackers

Energy Recycling

The deck runs 21 Metal Energies. With four copies of Energy Recycler (Destined Rivals)  you can potentially recycle 20 more, bringing your total effective energy count to 41.  So don't hesitate to use Professor's Research (Prismatic Evolutions) to dig through your deck, even if it means discarding bunch of energies for early setup and not able to do so is the deck’s biggest weakness.

Secret Tech

As long as Magearna (Journey Together)  is in active spot with its Auto Heal ability it can heal 90 damage from one of your pokemon if you can manually attach an energy to it. Pair this with Rescue Board (Temporal Forces)  for free retreat after healing. This helps protect your setup from Dragapult ex (Twilight Masquerade)  and its multi-target KOs on Beldum (Temporal Forces) and Metang (Temporal Forces).

If Magearna isn’t needed, you can replace it with

So what about when you face a deck where you need to move back and forth? Wouldn't adding some switches in, or even Latias?

and quick question, are there any cards that have abilities that block attacks from basic, non-ex Pokemon? Like cornerstone can wall heatran, but is there any that can wall regigigas?

theovy , Sure you can add cards, or Latias ex (Surging Sparks) but the bench space is better utilized for a extra Beldum (Temporal Forces) since its most likely do be gusted up. And if they trap your Metang (Temporal Forces)  latias is useless. There is a Noivern ex (Paldea Evolved) which can shut this deck completely. So you can add a couple of Metagross (Temporal Forces) for that.
