first you start with dialga lv. X that has an ability that can let your opponent flip two coins, then if you get two heads then you can take another turn.

to improve your chances at two heads you can use Will the turn before to get at least one heads and you can use the glinmwood tangle to re flip if you dont get it

then use roadblock sudowoodo to make your opponents bench 4

after that, you can use palkia g lv. X to make your opponents bench 3 after their bench is four

then you can use seeker to discard

Then you use the attack of jirachi to reuse seekers effect to put your opponents bench at 1

then since we used dialga's ability, we get to go again.

here we can use another seeker from our hand to make our opponents bench 0, or we can use vs seeker go grab seeker back

then since jirachi has 0 retreat cost we can retreat into drifblim which has the final attck which lets us simply pick up our opponents active pokemon, which allows us to win!!!!

Unfortunately, I have tried multiple times making Dialga Level X work in cheese decks, but from the way it's worded, ot's impossible to rig the results in your favour. Firstly, the kicker is that the Poké Power has your opponent flip the coins, which makes cards like Will unusable since they only effect you. Glimwood Tangle also doesn't do anything, because it only lets you re-flip coins for attacks, and Dialga skips turns via Poké Power. Naturally, my next thought went to Malamar (XY Black Star Promos), that that one's just as useless because it only makes the opponent land tails during their turn. 

So yeah, as far as I'm aware, there isn't a way to make this strategy work consistently. I'll keep trying, though!
