The concept here is to lead with Erika's Jigglypuff and crank 40dmg with Pulled Punch (or more with PlusPower), and then Retreat and deal 50dmg with a Meditate from Mr. Mime

Both Pokemon have a Retreat cost of 1, so with 4 Recycle Energies, you can use the two of them interchangeably quite easily.

Get Aerodactyl on the bench as quickly as possible to lock your opponent out of accessing higher health pools with Evolution Pokemon so you can keep one-two punching them.

Erika's Kindness helps expunge damage on any Mr. Mime's that received an attack that made it under the Invisible Wall, and Defenders to help mitigate damage on Erika's Jigglypuff and Mr. Mime

I included a small 1-1 Eevee / Espeon package since that WotC Black Star Eevee's Pokemon Power, "Chain Reaction" gets around Aerodactyl's Prehistoric Power, so you can evolve through it, and have a very strong Pokemon with 80hp and 0 Retreat that can help toe-to-toe with one of your opponent's stronger Pokemon if they were able to get one up with Psychic.
