Hello,

This is a another deck version I came up with for onix.
Its main goal is to play with Onix, you want to play the stadium and get the Baxcalibur + Pidgeot for setup.
When you use Baxcalibur ability to put energy on Onix with the stadium active, Onix will get as many damage counters as you put on energy on him, which means it will easily deal atleast 200 damage.
His damage ceiling is up to 500 damage, when you manage to get 10 damage counters on him.

This is a another deck version I came up with for onix.

Tips:

Use heavy baton to place energy flexible somewhere else, for example on another Onix or on Ogerpon for stall and still be able to actively attack directly.
Use master ball for faster setup for pidgeot or baxcalibur respectively.
Use greninja for an early draw engine in case pidgeot is not ready.
Be wise with your Super Energy Retrieval, it has insanely good synergy with Baxcalibur. (This allows you to place atleast 3 energy 100% in the same turn which equals up to 300 damage).
Irida is crucial early game to get your setup faster.
