Orthworm ex is reminiscent of Galarian Stunfisk V (Darkness Ablaze) from way back then, both steel and have an energy based ability, but instead of HP, it's damage as a counterattack. Cycle huge amounts of energy with Metang and rod, tank with charm and Metal lab to maximize counterattack damage. Recover with Penny to do it all again, or heavy baton to pass the stock to another Orthworm.

Overall, the archetype isn't great, but this deck is still fun so who cares.
