Overpowered Mimikyu/Alakazam

You need a more robust Alakazam line, especially because of a card called Boss's Orders. I don't fully understand Oinkologne or Blissey. I also don't think Radiant Gardevoir is the best radiant Pokémon for the deck. Radiant Alakazam is better, as it provides a decent alternate attacker and can help fix math if you are just doing 120 damage a turn. Picnic Basket hurts you more than it help, and Potion can be dropped for a better card. You have no reason to think about healing in this deck. I'd also run Path to the Peak instead of Primordial Altar, for more disruption. You could use more Rare Candy and Pidgeot ex, but Path will serve you better, depending on how reliant you are on Restart. A big candidate for stadiums is also Temple of Sinnoh, to stop Lugia decks, as those obliterate this deck. Klefki should also be included to deal with pesky Lost Box, and a copy of Diancie could be useful in a scenario where you need to just sac a prize in order to take two. You also need more switching cards. You don't need a lot of backup attackers, because Alakazam can also deal damage with Mind Jack. It's a fun idea, but needs some focus. That focus is not healing.

Cemetery instead of Path is smart with Radiant Alakazam and Mew ex. Since you aren't running Battle VIP Pass, you definitely need 4 Fog Crystal. If you don't run path, you could consider a Pidgeot line for search engine, but it's not needed, and probably isn't a good idea. I still think you should add 2 Klefki for LZB, Valiant, and just to slow any other deck if you lead with it. I also don't like Cook, as it is your active Pokémon, which ideally shouldn't be Alakazam, but that's just me. If it were up to me, I'd use Cheryl, Energy Retrieval, and Xatu.
