This is an early list for Arceus Giratina in the Paldea Evolved format. We take the ~55 card base list and make a few minor tweaks to shore up our more challenging matchups like Mew (both kinds, DTE especially), Lugia and Gardevoir. Spiritomb (Paldea Evolved)  is helpful at drastically swinging the DTE Mew matchup into nearly autowin territory (~70/30), and it also is very helpful in the Fusion Mew MU. Iono (Paldea Evolved)  is great in combination with Judge in allowing us to constantly disrupt decks like Lost Zone box which rely on large hand sizes, and could be played in a 4 count. I have decided to keep one Professor's Research (Crown Zenith) for scenarios where you need to use Starbirth for a supporter but you do not want to disrupt your opponent's bad hand. Normally in these scenarios you would either go for Judge or Iono - but Iono helps your opponent and Judge may not always be enough to give you the multiple pieces you are looking for. One copy of Avery (Chilling Reign) is helpful for early game disruption against Gardevoir, especially if it can be paired with a rope KO into a ralts, and also has applications against both forms of Mew. Cleansing Gloves (Brilliant Stars) is another Gardevoir tech to allow you take your last 2 prizes against a Gardevoir ex on the bench. Two choice belt is kept in the deck due to its essentiality against Lugia.

Other tech options worth noting - 4th Boss, Manaphy for Kyogre (although I think 7-8 disruption supporters should usually be enough), Lost City (Lost Origin) , Cheren's Care (Brilliant Stars) , 4th Iono (probably overkill), Squawkabilly ex (Paldea Evolved)  and Raihan. I would want to test a bit more to see if Raihan is truly essential, but if it is then I see no problem finding space for it. Cheren's is more of a meta call - if you think Lost Zone box will be very popular then it is worth including, but you would usually prefer to use Judge over Cheren's. It is also a good two card package with Squawkabilly. I would even consider going down to 13 energy because in my humble opinion 14 is overkill.
