Been testing this deck for a few weeks and this is the list Ive found the most success with. Has to be said, this deck is inconsistent at best, inept at worst. Its very fun and has potential for cheese but ultimately the deck is focused on 1 thing only, decking out your opponent. If you cant accomplish that goal you will lose bottom line. Here are the best ways Ive found to ruin someones day with Wugcheesio:

You will never be taking a prize card with this deck except 1 look for a basic with Heavy. Be prepared to work with what youve got, you wont get help from the prizes.

Deck requires 1 sacrifice for Reversal Energy to be live. Best case scenario is Jirachi or a Gyrados w/ Gift that has already milled a few cards. This deck optimized is attacking w/ Gyrados turn 2 or stalling via Jirachi or Mimikyu until KOd or a Gyrados is ready.

Reversal Energy on Wug + Blunder policy is at best a mill 9, at decent a mill 3-6 and draw 3, and at worst is a draw 3. This can add up quickly while your opponent simply does their plays like normal. This is your main source of mill in the deck.

Path is a luxury not a necessity. Be aggressive in shutting down your opponents options and work around it until your opponent innevitably opens the door to your Lumineon and Jirachi back up.
