because the Meta is so wide atm we do not necessarily want to focus on a particular archetype but make us more consistent then ever, as you see this line has a heavy inteleon presence including Quick Shooting that allows are regis matchup to be slightly easier making things being able to be KO by SD inteleon. QS is also used to lower the hp of Vmax Pokémon as we get ready to take KOs with out relying on a supporter like Leon. 

overall this is a max consistency build and can easily change 1-2 cards to have a tighter grip on particular MUs

items including extra belt or parasol might be included instead of big charm. Or getting rid of a tool hammer for a wash energy. 
dropping the marnie for a Leon or Raihan 

dropping the 70 hp sobble for a RS one for more consistency on T2

even getting rid of a SD for a Drapion (wouldn't consider since mew has a rough matchup against Palkia)
