I can see the idea to hit for 240 with sneasler, but I wonder if Lokix (Paradox Rift) might not be a good replacement for Hisuian Sneasler V (Astral Radiance) to keep the deck at lower prices while also keeping decent damage output. Arbok in this case does 40(burn20+2xpoison10) minimum up to 140(2xburn20+2xpoison50) damage at max which makes Lokix (Paradox Rift) afterwards deal between 160-560 damage. The times 2 for poison and burn ticks are assuming the pokemon does not get switched out or cured before it goes back to your turn so it could be lower still I think the damage output of Lokix (Paradox Rift) can easily match if not surpass Hisuian Sneasler V (Astral Radiance) and it also works if the opponent just has damage on their pokemon no special conditions needed.
Based on the current meta and ancient/future pokemon being used a lot I would also include 1 or 2 Lost Vacuum (Crown Zenith) to deal with Ancient Booster Energy Capsule (Temporal Forces) Future Booster Energy Capsule (Temporal Forces) the first being obviously the worse matchup for this deck. Paldean Clodsire ex (Paldea Evolved) is fine, but could also be replaced to keep the deck completely free of 2 price pokemon, but it also works well enough with Perilous Jungle (Temporal Forces) so I see no direct need to swap it out.
