Introducing Single Strike Skarmory Stall, or Quad S for short, Quad S takes advantage of both the much lower power level of pokemon in the format, but it flexs the amazingly powerful supporter toolbox better than just about any current deck, from mill to energy disruption to bench control, all with the still at 4 VS seeker lets you get away with a LOT of tricks other decks just can't.

Skarmory itseld doesn't read too strong at first glance, but the ability to reduce 30 damage for the cost of the newly legal double colourless energy just about gets it over the edge of playaability, but that's not all, unlike the other mons with this attack Skarm boasts the monumental metal typing, so it gets all their tricks, Frying Pan, Crystal Cave, Resistance to Combee loop, in theory it can't be stopped.

Until it is, Skarm boasts great matchups into an assortment of mindrange decks but it...struggles lets say to contend with the powerhouse turbo decks like Circle Circuit and Rollout.

Overall Skarm Stall is the formats savant of stall, leader of the format and overall dumb deck, just don't brick on 15 1 ofs.
