Deck Primer

Pretty simple grass deck. It has a very simple gameplan, but its not something that will counter the meta or be something past a locals deck. It has a pretty simple control strategy in retreat locking with Scovillian and healing any damage with whimsicott. Going second you can either tm evo or turn 1 retreat lock with salvatore.
