This deck is based around Dark Vileplume's Hay Fever Pokemon Power to shut down Trainer Cards.

There's a lot of early game setup with 4x Cleffas, Pokemon Breeders & Traders and Computer Searchs to get your Pokemon ramping ASAP so you can play Dark Vileplume as soon as you're ready to slow down your opponent as soon as possible.

It has a lot of Pokemon Tools because you can play those as Trainers and gain the benefits from them later, after you've played a Dark Vileplume. Gold Berries for Vileplumes and Venusaurs, Miracle Berry for WotC Venusaur in case it's active and can't Solar Power itself, Balloon Berries for any Pokemon that might not want to be in the active position like Dark Vileplume.

Jungle Vileplume is your main fighter, being able to do 0, 40, 80, or 120 damage for 3 energies, and then keeping a WotC Venusaur on the bench to be able to Solar Power the Confusion away for your next turn.

You're not too worried about your opponent using Gust of Wind since Dark Vileplume shuts it down, so once you have your active in place, it's pretty likely to stay there.

1 Double Colorless Energy is in there as a non-trainer Retreat option since all your Pokemon have a max of 2 Retreat Cost.
