Go second if possible. Use Buddy-Buddy Poffin for Rowlet and Chikorita. Use Forest of Vitality to evolve into Dartrix and Bayleef immediately.

Once Vivillon is out, use its Big Wings Ability to force the opponent to 4 cards.  

​The Execution:

Attack with Decidueye ex for free. Because you aren't using Energy to attack, you can focus all manual attachments on a backup attacker or use Meganium to double your Grass Energy value as a safeguard.
