Pikachu ex is a powerful xard with 300 attack although it requires a whooping 3 combination of energies. doing so would be troublesome but resolute heart can stop all ohkos and Crispin alongside magneton's ability overvolt discharge allows the energy to be fulfilled easily. Ogerpon ex also accelerate energies into Pikachu ex to one hit ko the opponent when combined with energy switch. earthen vessel also helps with the combination and super rod also recovers the energy lost while gravity mountain

Latias ex for free retreat. Replace switch with switch cart.

 

Another nest ball would be great.You'd probably want some rescue carriers too. Carmine isn't a great choice here so I'd remove all copy's for 2 arvens and 1 professor's research.

 

Could add a miraidon ex for some search and a raikou v with forest seal stone.(or rotom v or lumineon v) and easy way to free up a card is you have alot of gust so I'd just remove both or at least 1 catcher for another boss. 

 

Overall very cool deck archetype I've never seen a pika ex with some ogerpon ex.
