Deck Primer

WIP Deck list!

Thoughts:

Upped Miraidon to 2 because bench setup is nice. Galvantula Ex/Regular is questionable.. most likely will get rid of EX but I want to have a single prize attacker and can deal with Mimikyu.

Area zero really helps with board space when running Latias and Fezandipity. I like to include gravity mountain just to cut out any liabilities (Lumineon/Miraidon/etc) after they did their thing.

Not so sure on Rescue Board but there have been times I used it to retreat and bring in

Not so sure on Rescue Board but there have been times I used it to retreat and bring in Joltik on turn 1 and use the ability. Its been handy.

12/3/2024 Updates:

-Powerglass out and 2nd Area Zero Undepths in. I realize the importance of having a lot of board space with Miraidon. Lost a few games because I couldn't bench a Magnemite/Magneton and reload another Pikachu. Felt like Powerglass was too slow of a card.

-Added one fighting energy for a metal energy. Wild to say but sometimes I used Galvatula's Fulgurite as an attack and I would have moments I wish I had a fighting energy in the deck to search with Earthen Vessel.

-Might change a night stretcher for power glass. Just testing what works best.

04/30/2025 Updates:

-Took out a lot of the old cards that rotated. Overall rounded out the deck to be similar to Joltik Box. So one less Pikachu since we are using that as less of an attacker, more Iron Hands, Iron Leaves and Bloodmoon Ursaluna are included, and Mew is added for card draw. I've been seeing a lot of decks lose to energy management, so I am trying magnemite in the deck to see if it will be useful. Though I see a lot of bench space be a problem. I like my decks to have a little recovery so super rod is in.

-Overall proud to see the joltik deck I made last year has a similar deck list now (':
