Just to ensure you know this, Mulligan draws are not forced. Your opponent has the option of whether or not to draw a card for each time you Mulligan. That said, I'm sure 9/10 of your opponents will probably draw a lot of cards (who wouldn't), so Acerola's Premonition should still draw you a good number, but they won't deck out or something.

But when Pikachu V-Union dies...
