joltik lets you search through your deck for 3 basic leaf energys and 3 lightning so its op if you go second
my friend runs pikachu ex iron hands
oh now i see the cinderace. If your running like non- lightning types it would probly be better than joltik
joltik does seem really strong and you could definitely run either Pokemon for energy acceleration. i just wanted to try out the cinderace.
but cinderace only works if you get it in your hand when you set up
