Strategy:

This is a very cheap Gimmick Deck with 18 Trainer cards, which focuses on just using Articuno EX as its only Pokémon. With a cheap first attack and a massive 3 energy second attack, Articuno can carry a game by itself.

Being the only Pokémon of the Deck, Articuno will always be on your starting hand and, while Misty is still at 2 copies, any of its attacks can be turboed out easily.

In the regular TCG, you do mulligans until you get a hand with,

In the regular TCG, you do mulligans until you get a hand with, at least, 1 Basic Pokémon to play, but TCG Pocket gives you a playable Hand already. This means, as said previously before, that you will always get Articuno EX on your starting Hand. 

The price you pay for this type of consistency is running only 1 type of Pokémon in the Deck. You can run 2 Articuno EX, just in case, because, since they're both the same card, you will get a 50/50 between both of them or will even get both in the starting Hand.

There aren't many Item and Supporter cards that can abuse this rule, but if you get Misty and get lucky with it...

Well, let's just say that there's not much your opponent can do against you.
